I think it comes down to what a congregation expects of a Pastor.  A congregation needs to be honest and upfront about their expectations of their Pastor. Recently, the Action Method has helped me to follow through on the many ideas I have.  This tool increases my integrity and closes the gap between what I think/say and what I do.
